New BK is founded on January 27, 2013: the First Building, the New A Bank Center and the Mii A Church go up on Mii A Avenue and Flatbush Avenue, beside Isaiah's Home, Mom's House and the first City Hall. Man A follows a few months later across the New BK Bridge, with Man A Center and First Tower on Man A Square.
Redstone rail lines stitch the city together and New J is founded across the water. The first towers rise along First Avenue, Midtown Man A appears on the map, and in April 2015 the first One World Trade Center — snow and ice, 103 blocks — tops out over Lower Man A.
The sand-superflat problem threatens whole blocks, and in late 2017 a TNT griefing attack brings down One Silvernine, Two Silvernine and the Bank of America Tower in Lower Man A. The Tiger Bus tourism loop launches anyway, and Man A Central Station opens as the city's first purpose-built terminal.
WorldEdit and the 1.12.2 update arrive: the desert becomes grassland and the old city is cleared — more buildings come down in 2018 than in any other year. Central Park opens, One World Trade Center tops out at 158 blocks, Mill Bergen's first houses go up, and 2019 becomes the biggest building year in the city's history.
The city closes during COVID, then reopens with an underground Metro. The Empire State Building and City Hall are finished, Freedom Street Station opens on the site of the Ice Tower, and investors push land prices up across New BK.
Ten years of New A. Downtown New BK's founding-era core is cleared for the rebuild around New BK Tower, the highway carves Long Island out of New BK, and Man A adds The ZAY Building, One Man A Square and the Flatiron Building.
The world moves from 1.12.2 to 1.18.2 and modded blocks are restricted. Zoning is enforced, Progress Heights is made from infill, congestion pricing arrives, a new mayor rides the Metro to work, The BX becomes the fifth borough, and New A prepares to reopen as a server.

Nothing the city tears down is forgotten. Every demolished building keeps its record — when it went up, when it came down, why, and what took its place. The average lost building stood for 5.1 years.
Late in 2017, TNT griefing destroyed Bank of America Tower, One Silvernine and Two Silvernine in Lower Man A. The sites now hold Silvernine Tower and 2 Silvernine Towers.
16 buildings came down in 2018 — 13 in Man A and 3 in New BK — more than in any other year, mostly for redevelopment. The cleared sites now hold One World Trade Center, Central Park, Central Park Tower, City Hall and 10 others.
Apartment Building, Slanted Iron Tower, Man A Water Tower and Polished Tower were cleared in 2019–2020. Their sites now hold Empire State Building and Bank of America Tower.
Mom's House, Pet Store, Isaiah's Home, 2 Mii A Avenue and 3 others were cleared in 2022–2023, founding-year buildings among them. Their sites now hold Atlantic Terminal, 2 Mii A Avenue, Juniors, New BK Tower and 1 other.
The First Building at 1 Mii A Avenue, the New A Bank Center and the Mii A Church are the oldest walls still standing — all three landmarks today. Isaiah's Home, Mom's House, the Diamond Mini-Market and the first City Hall went up in the founding year too; the Registry keeps them in its historical register.
Across the New BK Bridge, Man A Center goes up at the foot of the bridge and First Tower — ten floors on an 8 × 9 lot at 2 Man A Square — becomes the city's first attempt at height. The Canal Street complex starts life the same year as a server room and redstone lab.
The city's first piece of infrastructure and still the main road between its two oldest boroughs. Since 2025 it also carries the toll gantries.
Silent Growth begins. The 2014 map shows the rails reaching New S and running out toward New J; North C is still a far-away destination at the end of the line.
Independence Tower at 1 Freedom Street and the First Avenue Building go up in Lower Man A, and the Bank of America Building rises 44 blocks in Midtown — all three 2014 records, all three landmarks today. Midtown Man A appears on the map for the first time.
The 2014 map shows a redstone rail line running to New J — the earliest proof of it on file. The Port Authority of New A & New J takes its name from the pair.
Built of snow and ice blocks between mid-March and late April: 62 blocks without the spire, 103 with it. The city's first skyscraper over 100 blocks and the tallest tower in Man A until 2018.
Kayla McCloud's eight-floor plaza at 650 Broadway, on a narrow 17 × 5 lot, becomes the heart of historic Lower Man A. Apple's eleven-floor tower at 817 Canal Street goes up the same year.
Terror & Downfall begins — the sand-superflat problem eats whole blocks — but the bus runs anyway, out to V Beach in under ten minutes.
The city's first purpose-built transit terminal, serving New BK, Lower Man A, Midtown and New S on four lines — until it is cleared for Central Park in 2018.
Late in the year, TNT brings down One Silvernine — the main target — with Two Silvernine and the Bank of America Tower beside it. The collapse forces a major excavation; Silvernine Tower and 2 Silvernine Towers rise on the sites.
Extreme Growth begins. The world updates to 1.12.2, mods arrive for the first time and the map turns from sand to grass. Central Park — 1,925 blocks, the largest lot in the Registry — opens where Man A Central Station and the first Midtown buildings stood, and the redstone rail network starts to be cut back.
The biggest year of loss on record: the first One World Trade Center, the first City Hall in New BK, the Canal Street complex, the minecart station on Ford Street and the old Midtown core are cleared to make room for the Extreme Growth city.
On the site of the 2015 tower it replaced, and still the tallest structure in the Registry. Silvernine Tower rises over the 2017 attack site, and the ZAYS Bank Building, 815 Canal Street and ZAYS Tower in Downtown New BK follow in the same twelve months.
The first homes go up on Mill Street and Church Avenue — 1412 Mill Street and 1397 Avenue N among them — on the residential side of New BK. Key Food opens on Avenue N the same year.
More completions than any other year on record: 111 W 11th and 432 Park Avenue in Midtown, 1000 Broadway, 2 Silvernine Towers, McDonald's on Broadway, the Verizon Building, Pix 11's studio and the first Soundview Avenue houses on what is now Long Island.
Gentrification begins. The underground Metro replaces the redstone rail lines that were cut back after 2018.
Midtown gets its icon on the site of the old Man A Water Tower; Central Man A gets its seat of government. The Apple / GM Building on First Avenue, 3 World Trade Center, the Bank of America Tower and H&M Tower are 2020 records too.
The Metro and, later, the Congestion Relief Zone's revenue are state matters. Her parody villager posts on the Public Square from the State Capitol.
The Metro's Lower Man A hub opens on the site of the old Ice Tower. McDonald's on Broadway is altered the same year.
The Solidification years begin under a mayor who would later be the subject of the Well's favourite rumor.
Soundview Avenue and the Flatbush Avenue strip east of the highway become their own borough over the Solidification years — the Registry files Long Island's founding as 2022–2024.
Fireworks over Man A Square — the best the city has had, according to everyone who was there — and the 10 Year Fountain on Mii A Avenue to mark the day.
Isaiah's Home, 2 Mii A Avenue, Transfer Hall and the founding-era mini-markets are cleared in a multi-billion-dollar project. The New BK Public Library goes up and AI Tower rises on the waterfront. In Man A, The ZAY Building, One Man A Square, the Flatiron Building and Cocoa Street Station are 2023 records.
Paused in June at the original rate; revived in November at nine emeralds, with the gantries wired over December.

Sixteen floors, 77 blocks — the tallest building outside Man A, on the site of Isaiah's Home and Mom's House. Triangle Junction, Juniors and 97 Atlantic open the same year.
