TSX Times Square tops out at eleven floors
TSX Entertainment's stage-and-screen tower reaches its full height on First Avenue. The wraparound screens light up this fall.
Construction crews placed the final floor on TSX Times Square this week, bringing TSX Entertainment's new tower to eleven storeys and 52 blocks on a 22 × 10 lot at 817 First Avenue.
The building is assessed at $337 million, all of it land — the Registry does not add improvements until a certificate of occupancy is filed. It sits in C5-2.5, the special Midtown-style commercial zoning that permits the screens.
TSX says the outdoor stage will open with a free concert for New A residents. Tickets, it clarified, are emeralds only.

The story’s move on each stock. The NASE prices it in fast — about 74% of it within the hour of publication. 40% of the shock is permanent; the other 60% fades with a 10-day half-life, so 70% of the move is still in the price 10 days later. Right: the price now and today’s change.
