Start at Triangle Junction, the three-floor retail hub Triangle Equities opened in 2024 on a 480-block lot. From there Mill Street runs east past a row of one-storey homes — 1410, 1411, 1412 and 1415 — each assessed at roughly $1.5 million and none taller than nine blocks.

Turn onto Avenue N for the neighborhood's grandest house, a three-floor suburban residence on a 703-block lot, then loop back along E 58th Street where a two-family home sits on 312 blocks of R3-2 land.

The Registry's newest Mill Bergen entry is 1 DeKalb Avenue, a three-floor one-family home built this year and listed for sale at $9,999,999 — the only active residential listing in the borough.
