The President's villager account praises Trump Tower New A; TRMP jumps four percent
'The most beautiful building on First Avenue,' the parody account posted on Independence Day. The Registry has it at eleven floors, 51 blocks.
The Public Square's official parody account for the President of the United States — a villager with a gold swoop of hair and a red tie, run by the New A newsroom — posted six times on Independence Day about Trump Tower, the Trump Organization's building at 811 First Avenue. The tallest praise: 'the most beautiful building on First Avenue, maybe in New A, people are saying it.'
The Registry's view is narrower. Trump Tower (MA-0017) is eleven floors and 51 blocks on a 132-block lot, built in 2024 in the Modernization era, assessed at $250 million. It is the second-tallest standing building on First Avenue, behind the 58-block Apple / GM Building at No. 809.
The NASE did not consult the Registry. TRMP rose 4% in the two hours after the posts, its best day since listing, before giving half of it back when the Well pointed out the height thing.
The account also posted about the New A skyline ('I know skylines'), the Empire State Building ('good, not the best'), and the fireworks over Man A Square ('tremendous, could be bigger'). City Hall declined to comment on the fireworks, which were its.
New A is a virtual city. Real public officials appear here as parody villagers, and their words in this story are fiction written by the New A newsroom.

The story’s move on each stock. The NASE prices it in fast — about 74% of it within the hour of publication. 40% of the shock is permanent; the other 60% fades with a 10-day half-life, so 70% of the move is still in the price 10 days later. Right: the price now and today’s change.
