Ten years of New A: from the first home to the first supertall

A decade after the first walls went up on Mii A Avenue, the city celebrates with fireworks over the bridge.

New A turned ten today. The city that began in 2013 with a handful of buildings on Mii A Avenue in New BK — and, a few months later, Man A Center at the foot of the New BK Bridge — now stretches from the supertalls of Midtown to the beaches of V Beach.

The decade had its disasters: the chunk bugs and sand-superflat years of 2016 to 2018 that the timeline records simply as Terror & Downfall. It also had WorldEdit, the Metro, and the Empire State Building.

Fireworks were launched from Man A Square at dusk. Downtown New BK's rebuild begins next month.
